Mike helped me when I was at a point of extreme uncertainty and made me feel supported and secure in my right to compensation. He was clear thruout the entire legal process and practically acted as a second therapist when I was anxious about legal proceedings. Following a car accident last year, I really wasn't excited about hiring a lawyer. I had heard about unsavory outcomes and bad reputations for personal injury lawyers. We felt we had to get the support of a lawyer after an endless barrage of calls and the letters started piling up. I spoke with 3 personal injury lawyers and Chad was by far the most genuine. He quickly provided pertinent information about my case during the first intake call. He was transparent in terms of the paths and solutions and was always prompt.
