I was involved in a serious accident and was looking for an attorney to represent me. A past client of Michael's highly recommended him and I now know why!!!! From my first interaction with Michael throughout the entire process both he and his amazing staff were incredible!!! He is not only a grade A lawyer but also a grade A person which is not easy to find!!! Words can't really do justice to the service, expertise, and results that Mike and his staff deliver. In an ideal world, you'd never have to battle an insurance company to get some semblance of a fair result. The unfortunate reality is that it's just not good business for insurance companies to offer fair settlements out of the gate. I had no idea just how unfair the offer would be. Despite 10's of thousands of dollars in lost wages, permanent nerve damage in my arm and hand, permanent joint damage in both of my shoulders, permanent disc damage to my spine, and what I would consider to be a significant amount of pain (not to mention the inconvenience of participating in a court case and trying to get back to work ASAP), GEICO was gracious enough to offer $5k. I was shocked. Mike wasn't. The worst part about these sorts of insulting settlement offers is that you have to find the will and determination to fight for a better result when things are probably already fairly busy/challenging/inconvenient due to the initial incident/accident that caused your injuries. I was confident in my ability to make a very good case in arbitration, but the prospect of yet another tedious, drawn-out process in response to my accident wasn't unequivocally worth the frustration and time. That's where Mike comes in. From the moment I gave him the info he needed to proceed, I really didn't have to lift a finger. I was really shocked at just how little input he needed from me. He kept me posted as much or as little as I wanted, and was never more than email or phone call away to answer a question. While I really appreciated just how little effort I had to put in, I was skeptical that the best possible outcome could be achieved as a result. The check I just got in the mail suggests I was VERY wrong. If I hadn't experienced this process firsthand, I would have assumed it was a bit too good to be true. For the record, I had the state minimum policy, so this wasn't some insane amount of money and couldn't even begin to make up for what happened to me. It was a matter of PRINCIPLE. No one wants to feel like they're getting taken advantage of by the evil empire and that they're powerless to fight back. Mike understands, agrees, and says that's why he does what he does. He's not some frivolous ambulance chaser, but rather, a consummate professional who is dedicated to fighting for what's right and for what his clients truly deserve. I sincerely hope I never need someone to help me fight this sort of fight again, but if I do, Mike and his team are the only people I'd want in my corner.

I got into a serious not at-fault motorcycle accident in the beginning of May. I broke a few bones in my wrist, concussion, etc. I didn't have health insurance because I had forgot to enroll with my employer this last period. My medical bills were crazy expensive; I had to get surgery on my wrist and had NO health insurance mind you. The guy who hit me had the bare minimum liability coverage, so Chad had very little to work with in my case. He nevertheless took it on, he laid out my options with clarity and precision. He told me exactly what he would do in every scenario, and just overall put me at ease with his excellent communication and calm demeanor. Every time I had a question or concern, I emailed Chad (I try not to bother busy lawyers with tedious phone calls) and his response was always lightning quick. Things took awhile, (patience is key!) as they usually do in these cases but the end result was unbelievably satisfying. Chad got me a pretty good sized settlement, and was able to negotiate my massive hospital bill down! I could not be more grateful to Chad and his staff. Stephanie and Natalie were great.
