We are very thankful for their assistance with our parentage journey and highly recommend to choose them for legal services. They are very LGBT friendly!

The receptionist was disgustingly rude. She quoted me 10,000 dollars for adoption services and they don’t do consultations to see if you and the attorney would even be a good fit. I told her I was quoted about 4,000 dollars from another place and was simply wondering why it was thousands more here and she said “great go with them” and hung up on me. The receptionist name was either Shelly or Shelby I believe. Anyways you don’t get consultations and you have to drop 10,000 dollars for someone you don’t get to meet first.

Our son Liam was born in 2023. We choose for BCK to assist with our international parentage journey. It was a smooth journey. We were assisted by the most friendly and qualified staff (thank you Shelly!). They also communicated and worked together with our Dutch lawyer. And, helped us with all the documents needed for the passport of our son. Thank you BCK.

They are knowledgable experts, and guided us through each process with grace and kindness. I would recommend BCK to anyone who is looking to go through the process of a second parent adoption. They are well-versed and experienced and made it so simple when I was overwhelmed with the idea that I would not be recognized as my daughter’s legal parent. They responded to my inquiry and all my questions quickly and the lawyer’s fee made it the absolute choice when all other lawyers I sought charged me $5000 or more. Because this process seems to be one of their specialties, they had accurate time lines, suggested options for expedited forms, and were communicative in their follow up. My wife and I received wonderful and timely help from this law firm with our adoption process. Everyone with whom we interacted was professional and they completed the legal process in a shorter timeline than they anticipated. In addition, we were able to complete the process with only one in-person visit to the office.

We worked with Tabitha Koh on our Estate Planning via our benefit at work. Tabitha and her team were very responsive from my first inquiry all the way to the final appt. She was also very informative, knowledgeable and patient as we navigated this process. We had an initial discussion where she went over our options, she collected pertinent information and discussed in great detail. We also had multiple opportunities to adjust ahead of the final signing in the office. I appreciated the flexibility of meeting via zoom until having to come in to sign and have the documents notarized. We were given paper and digital copies. I highly recommend BCK for any Estate planning needs. We feel very prepared for our future and the future of our families.
