We worked with Tabitha Koh on our estate planning and had an exceptional experience.
Tabitha is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was very patient and welcomed all our questions and made sure we understood the process. Even after several drafts of the documents, she ensured that at our last meeting for signing the documents we don’t have any answered questions.
We can’t recommend enough this legal practice and very friendly and responsive personnel.

Wonderful experience using BCK! I used Sarah as my attorney for a surrogacy contract and was delighted with the experience. So fast and efficient. She had great insights for me and was able to move quickly and had great availability when we needed to connect I was able to meet with her so quickly. Very happy with my experience and will absolutely work with this team again in the future!

I came to Bouneff, Chally & Koh to set up and update some challenging things ... a will, an advance directive and a trust. They were incredibly helpful, even walking me through some additional things to consider and clearly explaining the various legal language options and what they would mean. Even more impressive, they did all of this via virtual sessions, which made it all the more convenient to work through these items and get them done on my time.
