My partners and I went to Tabitha for help with our estate planning documents. It was an intimidating and emotionally intense task, but both Tabitha and her assistant Caitlin were wonderful. I haven't had an amazing experience with a law firm until this one. Bouneff, Chally and Koh were and are a phenomenal team. We worked mostly with Tabatha Koh and Margot on our surrogacy journey, and they were warm, compassionate, professional, just truly the best in all ways. Our surrogacy had its challenges, but this team brought us across the finish line. We are grateful and happy and confident to recommend them to you!

Really smooth experience for us - a gay couple. We worked with Sam Walton (contract) and Tabitha Koh (prebirth order). This is our second journey and we are not novice, but Oregon have very specific laws and processes that our attorneys made sure to educate us around. We received the birth certificate in a very timely manner and they also. made sure to provide us with various certified documents for our foreign passports process. Overall, I highly recommend working with them!!
