Does not know Portland landlord/tenant laws very well. Everything he asked me to bring to his office to review, he never looked at. Most of the questions I asked he either did not know the answers for or avoided answering them. His temperament was nice but I left disappointed and felt like it was a waste of my time and the money I paid him. I'm surprised he's still practicing.

Got to the point..Told me of difficulties in eviction process but agreed to attempt it after hearing my story. Glad I found him.
