We worked with Chris to better understand our student loan debt repayment options. Chris' thoughtful, comprehensive and accurate advice as well as cheerful and optimistic demeanor made him a pleasure to work with, especially necessary when tackling debt - an unavoidably stressful situation. Ultimately, his advice was right on target and we are in a better situation than we were prior to contacting him, with a solid plan for the future. I have never come across an attorney who is so little concerned for himself, and so caring about others. Frank is well known for his work, and he was able to get the largest property management company in Oregon settle out of court with me.

I never actually got a chance to thank Frank for his help in a tennancy with a foreclosure situation. He was kind and treated us with respect as well as got the job done. I never thought I would make it through, but Frank carried the burden and handled the paperwork for us. WE got out on time and recieved our walking money.

Just when you think the world is against you and problems pour in like the rain; from being diagnosed with a dibilitating medical problem to losing my job and having landed with up with not one, but two very bad landlords! One a slum lord and one an out right fraudulent landlord. I was told of a Lawyer that fought for, and even got made into law for, tenants rights. He really does care when it comes to the Rights that alot of tenants don't realize that they have. I have been very fortunate to have Mr.Wall represent me on more than one occaision and not just thru the courts. He has also made phone calls and sent letters on my behalf to avoid having to go into court over some matters.
