As a retired attorney from a large firm with a practice that included litigation cases, I worked with many attorneys. I also supervised associates and wrote annual reviews. Tim Eblen was excellent. I had a somewhat complicated case and had been to two lawyers before him. They didn’t take me seriously enough to really look deep into my case. But Tim listened and read everything thoroughly. My case was time sensitive so he worked quickly and communicated with me the entire way. So this review comes about 7 years late. Happen to be clearing out old emails and came across some from my bankruptcy filing. Tim and his paralegal we're absolutely wonderful! I was lucky enough to meet him thru a bankruptcy clinic as they were doing pro bono work. Spot on attention to detail and very efficient and thorough when handling my bankruptcy. Even though it was pro bono work I didn't feel treated any differently and that's pretty impressive. I worried that the lawyer would do the bare minimum just to get through the case, if they're not being paid. Thankfully, Tim was not that lawyer. I was greatful and appreciative of all the hard work they put in and all the help that was truly a lifesaver! Definitely recommended!
