I highly recommend Graham Fisher. When I was charged, I panicked. I didn’t know what to do or who to call. I began searching for attornies that had experience with the charges brought against me and after talking to and meeting with three other attornies, I found Graham. I left Graham a message toward the end of business hours and thought to myself, I guess Ill have to sweat it out another night before Ill hear back. Graham called me back at 10:30 that night and after a short talk, I began to feel relief before we even started the process. From that point on, I knew Graham was the man. Graham is a very good listener, compassionate, intelligent and well prepared. He didnt make me feel like a number or that he was just out to make a dollar from me, but that he actually cared about the results, my life. After all was said and done, he was able to get several charges dropped and instead of going to prison, I spent many hours working with the community. I like to think the entire experience made me more aware and a better person. Years have passed. Recently Graham reached out because the charge that stuck was up for expungement. Graham C Fisher was nothing short of professinal and very easy to work with during a time when emotions are running high and it’s always helpful to have someone in your corner, guiding the ship and making sure that cooler heads prevail. I was charged with a felony and a DV assault 4 and Fisher was able to work it out and they only charged me with DV assault and dropped the felony charge! Graham Fisher represented my son who was placed in jail in the spring of 2017 and charged with a felony. At the time of his arrest, my son suffered from severe PTSD following military service in Desert Storm. Fortunately, Graham had extensive experience representing veterans and understood the plight of veterans who served in war-zones. Graham quickly gained my son’s confidence and grasped the intricacies and subtleties of his case. The case was a difficult one that required considerable skill and patience on the part of the attorney. The goal was to avoid a prison term, which was being strenuously pushed by the prosecutor. Because of Graham’s persistence, creativity, and networking skill, my son was given a probationary sentence in lieu of prison. Graham was creative in arranging my son’s defense and adjusting the defense strategy when needed. I was particularly impressed with how Graham reshaped his strategy and arguments, in response to the prosecutor’s continued insistence on a prison sentence, to eventually persuade the court and the prosecutor to accept probation. Graham makes productive use of partnerships with external parties to bolster his case. Included in those partnerships were a private investigator, a psychiatrist and a representative of the VA, all of whom he leveraged effectively to influence the court and the prosecutor. I found Graham to have a firm grasp of the law pertaining to my son’s case while also possessing the ability to explain my son’s situation in terms that I could understand. All of my questions were thoroughly and simply addressed.

My experience with Graham C. Fisher has been very positive. Fisher has done an efficient job regarding my case, I was charged with a measure 11 assault 1 and Fisher was able to work with the DA to lower my charges to Attempted Assault 1.
