I contacted Damien for review of an employment contract. He got back to me right away and spent over 90 minutes reviewing the contract with me at an excellent price for his time. Mr. Munsinger helped me thoroughly understand the non-compete agreement I was bound to from an employer, and then walked me through the process of resigning and planning my next steps. I dropped in on a Thursday near end of the day to talk to Damien about an imminent termination and a severance agreement to be signed around mid-day the next day. Damien listened carefully and asked relevant questions about the surrounding situation. He was able to quickly determine that litigation was a no-go, but that the severance agreement could be improved by requesting employer to add certain language, and he spelled out that language for me. The next day, the request was approved, the language added, and the agreement signed. Damien wasted no time and did not withhold his valuable advice even while in his initial free consultation. So why shouldn’t he be anyone’s first call?
