I am a client who has been hung out to dry by this attorney. He offered to take my case as Jonah, then said he changed his name to Yunis because he had coverted to Islam. He said he was going to settle my accident injury case, then wanted another chiropractor assessment, the dragged his feet providing the necessary lien for billing from the imaging center. I am about 5 days frmo homelessness and tried to get an advance loan against the settlement and he has refused to permit access to my records by any company that will loan against the settlement based on his religion of Islam, which prohibits him from being involved in usuary. I expalned to him that the settlement money was mine and I was paying him so it was not his call, and he still refused and asked me to beg for charity from relatives and friends and sneeringly from some Christian church. Complaint has been filed with the Oregon State Bar Association, request to revoke license.
