We used this lawyer because another lawyer referred him for real estate issues. Unfortunately, as we found out, he has zero knowledge on real estate law. Even though we hired him and paid him and would’ve cost us more money to change lawyers, we ended up going with a different lawyer due to his lack of knowledge and incompetence.
