I had been calling around to attorneys for days looking for guidance and potential representation on a potential legal malpractice case. Terry was one of only a handful of attorneys that actually called me back. He was professional, diligent and straight forward in his answers to all my questions. And was by far the only attorney that was kind and not cutting me off and rushing. As he seemed to truly care about my situation and the case even though he ultimately choose not to take it. He made sure I understood why it wasn't conductive for him to take my case at this time. He even advised me of next steps to take if I chose to continue pursuing this route with a different attorney and additionally suggested potential alternative routes to pursue. I have gotten less guidance out of paid consultations from other attorneys then what I received from Terry in the few moments we spoke. He seems like he truly cares for the victim and the injustice we face fighting the system.

I approached Scott to look over a severance package that I was hesitant to sign, and I am very glad that I did. The package had language that would have stripped away all of my legal rights as well as kept me on the hook for any future language used about or toward the company.
