Not only is Tabitha professional but she is also ultra nice which is rare. She was always super prepared for whatever might be thrown our way. If I ever need a lawyer again I would definitely call Tabitha. I am not a fan of the firm she works for, the billing and overall way you are treated leaves a little to be desired. That being said it is not enough to make me go elsewhere for advice. Don't be fooled, Tabitha looks super sweet but between her in court performance and her exquisite note taking my ex didn't stand a chance! Love Tabitha as a lawyer and a person and I say if you choose someone else as your council then you are not getting the best in the business. I cannot say enough thank yous to this fantastic lawyer.

Tabitha handled my divorce, it was a long and complicated process that she made easy for me. She was my advocate when needed and was also able to provide the proper advice I had to have to make very critical decisions. Tabitha came highly recommended when I was searching for a lawyer to handle the trickier closing parts of a long and painful breakup. To be honest, any sort of legal stuff is confusing and intimidating to me. Tabitha was wonderfully patient with me, explaining things simply and clearly so I could wrap my head around them. But what really impressed me about Tabitha's work was that she went above and beyond what even I thought I needed. I felt, at all times, that Tabitha was wholeheartedly looking out for my best interest. I know that can't be an easy task when handling multiple clients, so it was particularly impressive to me. This attorney far exceeded my expectations. Ms. Brincat is an incredibly detailed, prompt, respectful, trustworthy, patient and ethical attorney. She works hard toward a resolution, always considering her client’s best interests. Opposing Counsel for our case was very abrasive, aggressive and unorganized. Ms. Brincat was consistent and did not let Opposing Council’s questionable efforts obstruct us from reaching our goal. She anticipated those challenges and often provided back-up plans to move forward when Opposing Council failed. Ms. Brincat was always well-prepared and backed up her efforts with facts, minimizing room for unnecessary (and costly) arguments. Ms. Brincat’s support helped me reach a very good outcome for my case; I never would have made it that far without her. I needed a document from one of her past clients to finalize a home loan and I was up against the clock. Tabitha was incredibly responsive and professional.
