This company is very hard to deal with. For the first year of my case being open I had been passed around to different attorneys finally settling with Shaun Huppert (as of July anyway) my case with them has been open and ongoing since 2022 and nothing has been resolved yet. I had my deposition back in July and that is the very last time I heard from anyone. They didn’t even have all the documents from what I had originally sent them in 2022, I’m sure it’s due to being passed around from lawyer to lawyer. The only contact info I had for Huppert is no longer valid (the phone number he’s called from I don’t get responses from, emails get sent back to me saying it doesn’t exist.) I should have switched attorneys when I had thought to do so in the beginning when it took them months upon months to contact me. I have a very serious illness that is leading to death and I just want this resolved already. I do not recommend this to of attorneys to anyone. Thanks!

When I realized my ageing mother had noticeable alterations in her mental capacity, I sought advice and assistance from Garvin Reiter with Nay and Freidenberg. Garvin was patient and kind explaining the legal jungle I was entering and helped me navigate that labyrinth. Gavin gave me the information and resources I needed to create and implement a plan of care for her remaining years. Because of that experience I knew I needed to get my end of life wishes in order. Again, Gavin guided me through the estate planning process, providing his knowledge and experience to make that process relatively effortless and seamless for me. I was very happy to have him do the heavy lifting. He and his staff are kind, caring, professional, and efficient. I trust him, I rely on his advice, and I highly recommend him.

If I could give less than one star I would. They were no help at all and took what little money I was getting back and when questioned I have had absolutely no response from anyone. I would highly recommend going with anyone but them.
