I am writing this review to say a huge thank you to James Loren for his hard work and successful completion of my injury case. I was unlucky to be hit by a bus on a pedestrian lane 2 years ago, and my insurance was not willing to cover my medical expenses as well as compensation. To be honest, I wasn’t very hopeful, but Mr. Loren went over my expectations and did a great job ensuring I got what I deserve. The case was complicated and went to trial, but never did I feel stressed or alone, I knew exactly everything will be handled perfectly. It happened so. So, thank you so so much for all the effort you put in. I am forever grateful.

I was assigned Jonathan Goldberg as my attorney and he and his team really let me down. We worked on my case after I was hit as a pedestrian by an SUV in a crosswalk while I was walking my 13-week-old puppy. I was severely injured both mentally and physically, and my puppy broke his leg. The law office set up my treatment at a rinky-dink chiropractor office, with the most unprofessional, high turn-over, staff I had ever experienced. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the chiropractor to my legal team and they did not listen or care enough to move my treatment to another chiropractor office. When I did finally complete treatment and the legal team was preparing for the settlement, they got my hopes high for a sizable settlement, then advised me to accept the settlement offer that was about 90% less than what I was expecting. They downplayed my injuries and told me that the settlement was a good offer. Then when it was time for them to mail my check, they did not do so in a timely manner. In fact, I told told that my check has been mailed and when I called to check in a week later because I had not received it yet, they could not tell me when it had been mail and told me they would call me back to let me know. They did not call me back, so I called back and was told that my check had been mailed on that day, the day I had called to inquire about my check. I still have not received my check. I would not recommend Goldberg and Loren, and hope that I will not need another personal injury lawyer in the future, but if I do, I will not return to work with their firm again.

Thank you to all the team for their support in obtaining compensation for an accident I was involved in. Their professional approach and explanations throughout the whole process removed any additional stress for my family & me. A successful outcome was achieved and I would recommend James Loren to anybody who is unfortunate enough to find themselves in the same position as I was.
