My case had a very slow start with Sam Pope. It was almost a year without much progress. But then a month or so ago, Jessica Osborn started helping me. I understand that she is a paralegal, but she helped me so much. Not just with the case, but also treating me with respect. I spoke to James Loren when there was an issue with my wire transfer. My name is Mihail Ursul, I worked with Shaun Huppert from Goldberg & Loren since 2021. In the beginning we were promised support and availability, unfortunately that was not the case, our case got dragged for two years until we finally got a deposition with the other sides team, during the deposition, Shaun had to look up extremely important and essential details, he didn’t even know basic stuff about us. We send to their paralegal all the info we had - photos, hospital info multiple times. In the end Shaun would request it again. This whole case was emotionally dragging for me and my family. Especially when Shaun would not respond for weeks to our emails, phone calls were not returned. A truly disappointing experience. It’s been two years since that deposition and until today there’s still questions they haven’t answered and are now completely ignoring me. I need Shaun’s supervisor to influence him to do his job and to finish this case, you have almost five stars online, how can a company like this treat its clients this way. Totally unacceptable
