Nik is awesome, really. He was able to get my case handled professionally and quickly. I was awarded more then I expected. The fact he is so down to earth is defiantly a huge bonus. He also did a remarkable job to settle my case with the COVID-19 and all the obstacles it presented. Great job my friend!

My wife and I needed help purchasing real estate in Portland. The seller would not use a realtor and wanted to use forms taken off the internet for the Purchase Agreement. We wanted the condominium, so we had Nik go over the forms she filled out. He guided us through the choices we had for the purchase. Nik was extraordinarily helpful in explaining what was legal, what wasn’t, what he thought we could negotiate, etc. We highly recommend Nik.
