We have used Nichols Law Group 3 times. The last time was an especially frustrating series of unfortunate events dealing with a MAJOR insurance company. Geoff and his assistant Gayle never gave up. He worked on my behalf above and beyond, and in the end we were the victors. I always recommend this law group when ever a client of mine gets into an accident. The insurance companies don't care about you but Geoff and everyone at Nichols law does. I highly recommend them, they are knowledgeable, hard working, and they really care about you, you are just not a paycheck. And that's what we need when dealing with injuries, someone who cares.

Joe's calm and stable nature helped me stay grounded and realistic during a nasty family law proceeding. He always made himself as immediately available as possible when I had questions or concerns. Joe and I stay in touch periodically and I have referred several clients to him because I trust him. Thank you Joe and keep up the good work.

Joe Copeland was a gift of a lawyer in my life. After 38 years of marriage I could no longer live with the disrespect I had lived with. I escaped to another state. Joe began my biggest advocate and fought for me to receive what was rightfully mine . I did not meet Joe face to face until my mediation hearing. Horrible behavior by so called attorneys. They don't even respond to phone messages left from the public. Stay away from them if you want real legal representation.

Kevin Is great attorney, Someone who cares about his clients. Kevin's work ethic is tireless. He really goes the extra mile but won't B.S. you with false promises and will put 110 percent to get you best,most fair results. I was very glad I hired Kevin Brague and the Brague Law Firm.

I’ve only had the pleasure of having competent lawyers represent me from accross the table from Herb. At the same time, I’ve paid much of Herbs fees through my divorce. I wouldn’t say he is any cheaper... “Collaborative Divorce Lawyer”, means you will spend more money, and time, on his niche approach. Brevity in his correspondence is unheard of, many three paragraph essay was responded to in one sentence from my attorneys. This is just my experience, yours may be different. Weirdly, with the collaborative approach, I never once met with Herb in person. Everything was hashed out through over a year and a half of responding to his long emails... Like with any lawyer, ensure they are in good standing with the OR bar.

Herb Weisser and his staff were top-notch not only during the drafting of my divorce settlement but also in the years following when I needed additional assistance due to lack of compliance by my former spouse. He really understood my needs as well as those of my children. He helped my stress level decrease dramatically during this difficult process. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I am not a lawyer, I am not wired like a lawyer, and frankly had no real "reason" to interact with the legal world personally until a few years ago. I had been thru a divorce, and in hindsight (very expensive hindsight) felt my choice had really let me down. Live and learn. When I needed counsel post-divorce, I knew what I didn't want. I somehow (honestly can't remember how) found Herb. And... wow. Herb and his staff have pretty much done the impossible: restored my faith in lawyers, particularly those in the divorce category. Herb is exactly the guy I wish I'd known about during my initial proceedings. Brace yourself: divorce is not a pleasant experience, but you CAN have (and SHOULD have) a good working partnership with your attorney. Sounds obvious, but for me, that was not my experience prior to Herb. I've found Herb to be empathetic but realistic wrt my position; offering thoughtful, considered real-world advice about the steps needed to address a situation now and its future implications. Every single time I've interacted with him and his staff, I've found it to be cordial, intelligent... almost even... pleasant. With Herb in my corner I absolutely feel equipped and confident to exercise my rights as a dad and as a person, and doing so in a humane, respectful way — the way I choose to do it — regardless of how daunting the legal issues seem to be.
