I have and will continue to highly recommend Ms. Cambreleng to colleagues, employers/employees, and friends. She has represented/advised me on two very distinct matters, ranging from workplace bullying and retaliation for whistleblowing and helping me advocate for the rights of a family member experiencing discrimination and harassment. What makes her a particularly effective attorney is her balanced approach. She is a fierce advocate when she needs to be and is not intimidated to go up against the "big fish". Yet, she consistently shows compassion, an ability to assess complex situations, and a deep knowledge of applicable laws, including their limitations. Ms. Cambreling seems to thoughtfully tailor her strategy based on the unique needs of each client and the complexity of the issues. She was amazing! She was super supportive and responsive even when there were weeks at a time of waiting for movement.
