Always professional but with the personal touch of the staff that made us comfortable with such a painful process. Not just handling the original case but all the problems that came along the journey. While still in contact but for good things now, they are fast to reply and answer the questions.
We were lost at first and in speaking to Rex we became more confident that we could survive and life was able to get back to a good place.
Thanks to Rex Daines and his staff we are whole again.

If I was interested in retaining legal counsel for a measly $200 in collections I would have contacted Olsen Daines directly. Instead, Olsen Daines decided to send me spam mail with language that might be scary to most, begging me to seek their counsel. This is gross, unprofessional and sad. Vultures.

Olsen Dianes took over my lawyer who retired. They did a outstanding job. Cherie was always available for ay requests. SHe helped me purchase a car during my plan & assited in everyday needed to make the transaction smooth. She was always available for any of my questions.
