I needed some advice and his office was very prompt on returning my call

I called to make an appointment. I've heard Randy was a great attorney. The secretary was so unkind and unprofessional. At first I overlooked the rudeness. After about 4 solid minutes of snarky comments I decided I just could not hire this firm. If this is what I would encounter every visit with an already stressful situation. I just couldn't do it.

Not a trust worthy attorney.

His overconfidence is his weakness. Randy Ruben is just out for money. He will advise you in a way that seems like it’s in your best interest, but really he’s trying to pit you against your opponent so that a massive tug of war will ensue and he can go to trial. Going to trial is how he makes all his money. Don’t trust him. Also, you have to remember that this is the same guy who had a lawyer working for his firm that was sleeping with a 15 year old girl in the office. It’s all public record. The man got caught and is in jail now. Randy will find a way to manipulate you. Close your wallet and run!

Best attorney around thank you for working with me

Literally the worst legal team you could find in Oregon. Gina completely screwed up two cases that should have been easy wins, in fact she was so incompetent and negligent that the judge couldn't even stand her and ruled things out of her jurisdiction (that this law firm was completely clueless about of course) because of her incompetency. I know there a shortage of lawyers around the coast and roseburg but you will be better off having no lawyer than this legal team. They ignored countless high priority issues, lied about negotiation attempts & grossly lied about qualifications to handle the cases given to them. A bar complaint is in the works and I hope no one else gets taken advantage of by this less than sub par firm.

I have not worked with Randy but I did call his office to schedule an appointment with an attorney. Just like the bellow review I spoke with Lisa Hancock his legal secretary. I have never in my life have spoken with a more rude , condescending , person. Lisa asked me to explain my situation and less then a minute into the narrative of my case, she rudely cut me off , and told me I wasted seven minutes of her time. On Randy's website he professes how his firm is respectful and willing to listen to smallest of inquiries with the utmost respect. Not true. After I ended my phone call with Lisa . I ended up crying , that's how unjustly treated I felt . It's unfortunate that some people gain self confidence and a false sense of power, by belittling and putting other people down. You just wouldn't expect this to happen in a place of expected professionalism, where your goal is to supposedly, help someone not hurt them.

I have been dealing with a foreclosure in which Randy Rubin has been appointed my Deceased mothers Representative. I have only had dealings with Mr. Rubin once all other times I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with one of his assistance Mrs. Lisa Hancock. This woman is not only rude and unprofessional but a out right liar....If you have to deal with this office I suggest avoiding this broom rider like the plague. She is rude , condescending, issultive, venomous, deviant, malicious, and down right mean for sport. These degenerates give the rest of the profession a bad name. I was talked down to , belittled, insulted, and chastised. I don't know who lit the fuse on Lisa Hancock's tampon..but I wish it had been a big enough explosion to knock her into next week. What a miserable excuse for a human being.
