My experience with The Gatti Law Firm was excellent! Ron Sayer was my lawyer and he was very informative of the process with my case. He was always available when I had a question or any concerns with the process, also his assistant Jennifer was always there to follow up and make sure things were in order. We were referred to Gatti Law when we were going through one of the hardest times in our lives. My wife and I were feeling frustrated and disheartened as it seemed like the bad news was stacking up and we felt like we were left alone to face giants. Laura Newsom from Gatti Law along with her helpful and pleasant staff were like a bright light in the dark and a breath of fresh air. From the moment we got off the phone with her our entire outlook changed. She was confident, cheerful, capable, and encouraging. We felt listened to and cared about. After being blown off by other lawyers who wanted us to jump through multiple hoops before they would even schedule an appointment with us, Laura truly did come in as a knight in shining armor. She not only actively listened to our story but she validated us as well. That meant everything to us, and we knew we were in not just good but excellent hands. She and her staff kept in contact with us and were always available to address our questions, concerns, and to explain things in detail. She was patient with us and never made us feel like a burden or just a number even though we know she had many cases. When it came time to dealing with opposing council, she fought for us with tenacity, perseverance, fairness, extreme aptitude. Nothing slid by her or caught her off guard and she did it all with such a kind, positive, and upbeat attitude. She made sure to make us well aware of any risk involved when we had hard decisions to make, and always advised us fairly and justly but never pressured us. She made us feel secure and protected but also never sugar coated any information. We knew that Gatti Law had our back, no matter what the outcome of the case was going to be, we were so thankful for them by our side. We were overjoyed and satisfied with our outcome. I could write an essay praising the experience we had with Laura, and would recommend her 100 times over.
