Recently my wife and I decided it was time to divorce. This was a 30 year marriage, but uncontested. I reached out to the Law Office of Attorney Soto. He responded quickly, and we discussed the case and set up a time to meet. He and staff were very good to work with- sensitive to the situation and professional. The services provided were affordable. It was only 17 days total from first contact to being notified that the divorce was final. Mr. Soto was the best lawyer for my divorce case. He is honest, professional and he knows what He is talking about, He has experience as a lawyer. I had another lawyer before Mr. Soto that wanted to take my case for trial and was delaying my case. I also talked to more than 10 other lawyers but they did not convince me, everything was about the money they could charge me. I decided to represent my self and just have consultations with Mr. Soto. He had several cases and could not take my case. Every time I talked to him, I knew the advice He was giving me was for my benefit. I followed his advice as much as I could and was able to finalize the divorce and close the case by myself. My son is handicapped, Lindsay did not fight for me, Lindsay ignored my requests to ask for a different custody judge leading up to the trial. Lindsay did not use any of the supporting documents I provided him showing I who made all his doctors appointments kept up with his school and ABA therapy. He allowed the other parties lawyer ask me defaming questions but would not press for any hard questions from my ex wife. I had all my rights as a father taken away because of some poor words we exchanged years before the hearing. I would NOT come to Lindsay Soto.
