I gave it a two star because they are professional in communication with their clients. However, THEY ARE NOT FIGHTING ATTORNEYS. My attorney was K. Pecht and he was not a fighter. He was willing to go for settlement and a quick close, not willing to fight for the real damages done to me when I got hurt at work, Amazon in Salem OR. After hearing the numbers they offered for settlement, Kellen Pecht from Bell Law was getting way more and I was going to end up with a tiny settlement after paying all my medical bills. This firm will try to push you to settle. Anyways, bottom line is, this attorney Kellen Pecht from Bell law is NOT a fighter. He is not a good negotiator. I strongly believes he only cares for the quick close in a worker’s compensation case and get his cut. I would recommend other stronger firms before hiring this one. Unless you are really desperate, then go for them. However, expect to close your case early and basically loose.

John assisted me with my SSDI claim. He gave me sound advice, and my hearing went extremely well. The judge threw some surprises, but John was unfazed and my case was overturned. His office staff is understanding and very helpful as well.

I called John after speaking to a number of other lawyers and found him to be morally just and truly concerned about my situation, you see I had applied for SSI 5 months early and was told a decision would be made in 30 days.Thinking that I would be denied I called lawyers trying to get information on what I would need to do next....John told me you might win and I would be paying him for nothing so wait and see first...I WON. The other lawyers I had spoken with just wanted my case , I called John's office afterwords and spoke to his secretary thanking John basically for not taking my case and that I would be sending anyone in need of a good lawyer to call John Bell.
