I decided to use Casebeer for my divorce because Paul was amazing and I wrongfully assumed a partner would also be. I was misled and overcharged. I was so upset I didn't trust myself to reveiw for about 6 months, knowing I would rant and probably incur a lawsuit.

I was charged with 6 felonies and was looking at a possible prison sentence if convicted. After months of dealing with my court appointed attorney who made very little effort to help me, I sought the help of Mr. Ferder. When I met with his associate Zach Stern he asked me what my main goal was and I told him I don't want to go to prison, or have felonies on my record for the rest of my life. After months of dealing with the court system Mr. Ferder and Mr. Stern were finally able to get a plea deal that worked in my favor and I could live with. I had to plead guilty to 3 out of the 6 felonies with a downward departure, meaning when I successfully complete the terms of my 3 years unsupervised probation, I will be able to have the 3 felonies reduced to misdemeanors and have them expunged after 3 years. I was sentenced to serve 20 days in jail on June 29th 2017, but was released after serving 12 hours of that sentence. Thanks to Paul Ferder and Zach Stern I have a 2nd chance at life. If you're in trouble with the criminal justice system I highly recommend you seek the assistance of Mr. Ferder's law office. They are well worth the cost and provide top notch service and make you feel at ease during the hard time you may be going through. I can't thank Paul enough for the 2nd chance at life he provided for me!

Paul Ferder and team was an exceptional choice to hire for a lawyer. Bright and very knowledgeable. His years of experience in law is apparent in the court room and office.
