I was Injuried at work with a Nation Wide company, I was just a number, I hired another Attorney that wouldn't communicate with me, only told me what she wanted to know, after a year she had to quite because of medical reasons 3 weeks before my final hearing, I went to Mr Elmer, during the first consultation I learned more about the W/C system of the State of Oregon that the year with the other Attorney. Mr Elmer led me through this step by step and we settled with the company. I highly recomend Mr. Elmer for all you needs.

In a most difficult case involving motor vehicle accident while on the job, Randy worked through it for the best possible outcome under Oregon laws. I should have contacted him sooner though he was still able to make it all come together. Highly recommend his services, and thanks again.

I had a lot of questions that I needed answers to. I contacted Mr Elmer for consoltation and he was quick to get right back to me. He explained the answers to my questions in a way that I understood exactly what he was saying. He was straight and to the point. I was very comfortable explaining my situation to him. As it turns out, I don't need his services, but if I were to need them I would definatly contact him again.

Each time he was willing and able to answer my questions and address my concerns, and each time we determined that legal representation was not needed for my case.
