If you are looking to hire a responsive, professional attorney to complete work for you, do not hire this person. Every single step takes weeks. The office is unresponsive and you can’t even speak directly to Mr Evans. You will be ignored for weeks, and then given excuses when they finally communicate with you about your case. There are better options in the area.

Roger Evans is an amazing attorney. If you need things to get done right. Roger is your guy.

I met with Roger after the death of my mother in-law who had no estate planning in place. Not only did Roger walk us through the process completely and provided a path forward for our family, he did so in a compassionate and empathetic way that helped with our grieving process. I would highly recommend anyone who is in our position and for those who want to avoid this all together by getting your affairs in order ahead of time.

My Husband and I appreciated who Roger Evans did for us. He was kind and a gift, providing us with help explanation and willing to answer our questions. I would highly recommend him.

It would have been nice to speak to Mr Evans, but I missed a 8pm phone call. I returned the call next day and a receptionist answers. She sighed and asked what I wanted. I explained why I was calling and I asked if the phone call was for a consult. I needed to set a time due to having a baby and needing time to my self for the call. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional and said this was not something the could help with and that I needed to just give her information so they can call when they feel like it. It was very upsetting and 8pm is not a good time for me to handle an important phone call. When I said I was uncomfortable with her demeanor she got upset and said that was absurd. She hung up on my call and I called another attorney recommended. I was relieved when I saw all the great reviews Mr Evans has, but his staff clearly are not professionals. The person I spoke with also asked how much money I had and said that would determine if she helps me or not. Extremely unprofessional and sounded like a scam.

Roger Evans and his staff are very knowledgeable, quick to respond to communications, or estate issues. He has accomplished more in just a few months than our prior attorney did in over 18 months. I have the utmost respect for Mr. Evans and I'm very thankful that when we walk into that courtroom, that he is on our side.
