Zachary Brunot was very informative, proactive throughout my case and quick to respond if I had any questions. I called Mr. Brunot because I was not being represented well by my previous Attorney and I was not so sure about trying again, but I gave it a shot and he talked to me the first time gratis and from the start he was up-front and very forthcoming about what could and could not be done. I am a fairly long distance from him, but he makes it seem much closer in that he gets back to me within a day or so, and does not leave me hanging at all. He has called me when he needed to, and one time we even had a chat for a few minutes and I got to know him better and I can say that I would trust him helping my children if they needed it. Workers comp, especially dealing with SAIF is tough; they are a State of Oregon agency and care not about what happens to you. Mr. Brunot has made the field more even in a rather complicated multiple-claim case and I am not regretting getting him at all. He is honest and quite intelligent and very aware of what can and should be done, I trust him totally to take the reigns on this. We may or may not win, but it won't be because he did not try. I should start with saying that everything did not go my way, nor did it feel like a fair process. But with that said I would also say that I feel like Zachary did his best. In hind sight I wish that I would have contacted him much earlier on in the process. The trouble was I didn't want a lawyer and didn't like lawyers. Zachary changed my opinion of lawyers, he was usually available when I called and when not he was quick to call me back. He never rushed me or made me feel unimportant. I feel that Zachary worked hard, was well informed and trusted him in his judgment and advice.

I had a very good experience with this attorney. He was always willing to help and explain what was happening in a way that I could understand which was the main thing that helped me through my case. It's always nice to have someone who answers their phone too when your needing answers and Zachary almost always was in the office to answer if he wasn't he'd call me back very quickly. After being denied on my workers compensation claim, I contacted Mr. Brunot. He was very informative and helpful with the laws and the process in which I would have to endure. He was huge in getting my denial overturned. Anytime I had questions or concerns I contacted Mr. Brunot , if he was unavailable he would get back in touch with me in a very timely manner. My husband thought he might have a case against his company and Zac took the time to call us back.
