I was turned on to this law firm about a friend that told me to hire Dennis, but Dennis was retiring but assured me that I was getting a great man for the job so hired Milan for my multitude of issues.. and everyone has been resolved in my favor. We going thru a custody issue with my wife and her ex, so far if I have a issue with his partner I just ask Milan to fix it and it's done.. so not only do you get a great attorney, any attorney underneath Milan if you have an issue with I have to ask him to fix it and it gets done .

Our family hired Milan to handle a difficult case involving a family member residing in Salem. Since the rest of the family lives outside the state, it was necessary to use a referral service and Milan was recommended to us. After a brief phone conversation and providing some details, Milan looked into the case and got back to us with the scope of work, the steps required and the costs along the way. His fees were not all billed upfront but instead billed as he reached the next stage of the case. I appreciated his professionalism but also the sensitivity he showed in talking about the case and the inherent problems with details in the case. There were no grand promises of getting this family member out of jail but instead a promise he would work hard to make sure the case would be handled thoroughly and that he would be our family member's best advocate. Milan delivered more than we could have asked for in a difficult situation for a fair price. He communicated to us how the case was progressing and provided what information he could share while honoring the client privilege relationship. As I said, we did not live in the area so trusting someone over the phone was initially unnerving. The case never went to trial and I don't think anybody could have done a better job. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody needing a hardworking, honest, and professional lawyer.

Milan is a great attorney - very efficient and very understanding. I was in a bad situation with accidental contact on a restraining order and was arrested. I was worried I would be in jail much longer than I was and lose everything. Milan was great at working with the court to schedule the appropriate trials and the appropriate venues. He was polite and professional and had patience with the DA and Judges. I have relatives who work at the courthouse who also say he is one of the most polite and professional lawyers they have worked with and judges like to see him. The legal process is slow and naturally I had tons of questions and concerns along the way. Milan insured that my time incarcerated was minimal, that I kept my job and reputation intact. Eventually my charge was dropped and I have Milan to thank.
