Stephanie handled a custody modification for us... one that required a great sense of discretion and was incredibly complicated. We had retained John Case approximately 8 years prior for a different custody modification had been very satisfied with the results and service we received from him, so we decided to give Stephanie a shot. Stephanie is incredibly personable, insightful and professional. She listens well, and recommends a course of action based upon what your needs are, but also takes into consideration your wishes; then gives honest feedback based on what is reasonable and realistic. I personally appreciated her willingness to utilize email as a method of communication... the case was complicated enough that it was an easy way to keep my ducks in a line. Oh, and speaking of ducks... the other party in our case decided to settle before court, which was good, but paperwork had to be finalized during a VERY important game that the Ducks played... which made me very sad. Stephanie was kind enough to let me watch the game on her computer while paperwork was finalized which made me happy! Talk about above and beyond! Even now, if something pops up regarding her former case with us she remembers who we are and most of the details of our case. Although I'd like to think that we are just that hard to forget (...which might not be a good thing, actually...) I'm fairly certain that this is just the way they treat all of their clientele. Our family owes its' well-being to Stephanie and Feibleman & Case Attorneys for their assistance over the past decade. Having gone through two custody battles in the last 10 years has jaded me... and I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I know I'll call Stephanie.

I was happy with Stephanie for my devorce. She was prompt, tactful, knowledeable, and reasonable. She always made sure I understood what was going on and the process. Stephanie made a difficult process easy. She also comes backed with a great staff.
