My husband was being completely manipulated and systematically alienated from his girls right away during the separation and divorce. We provided a substantial deposit of $10,000 for his services of aiding with his ex not showing up or dropping off for parenting time and withholding all phone calls and mailed cards and packages. We shared all the documents including texts where his ex would write hateful messages pretending to be a child to and the child wasn’t old enough to write lengthy and perfectly punctuated texts spewing hate. John Case was caustic, intentionally crude and rude. He told us that his wife’s attorney said she was “out there in the great beyond, and we should just walk away.” Telling a father to walk from his children and then allowing what happened to happen is beyond willful incompetence. Run fast from this attorney who has zero intention of helping a father even visit his children. He also sued us for payment of bills. We had cut him off after $10k of cash and zero improvement and taking our money while stating just quit, his ex is nuts! That’s right, quit ur kids. We paid for someone who repeatedly said leave ur kids and move on. RUN from the ego filled narcissist.

Retaining John Case and his team from Feibleman, Case and Wilson in Salem, OR was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Their knowledge, experience and expertise is undoubtedly second to none. John is very personable and strategic. He always provided me with the options available to me when appropriate. He was calming, caring and confident. John and his team were extremely helpful and concerning in this very stressful and trying event. It was obvious I hired a team that really cared. They were clearly the voice I needed to represent me as this truly was an extremely difficult case dealing with an extremely difficult person. Should I ever need the services they provide I will, without a doubt, retain their services again. I highly recommend this team to anyone without hesitation ...

Great lawyer's jong case is on the ball

Gil Feibleman was a blessing to me at a difficult time in my life. My situation was a tough one and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed near impossible. He remained professional throughout the entire process. Gil has a lot of experience with divorce cases and is very intelligent with his thought process. His strategies were very forward-thinking, and he was always straight forward with me with the good and the bad. His assistant Rita is amazing and a great asset to the team! She's professional, organized and has a very kind calm demeanor about her! Not only did I get my needs met with the divorce, but he helped me sustain my family and business. Everyone knows that divorce is expensive, but if you hire the right attorney it will save you tons in the end! My family, business and I are so grateful to him and I would recommend him and his team without reservation.

Poor communication and very unprofessional staff. I thought no question was a dumb question...... But it didn't matter was asked they made me feel stupid and like I was a bother to them.

What can I say? I have hired John two times now within the same year. What do I love the best is putting everything in his hands and letting the stress roll off my shoulders. Him & his staff are so easy to work with. Hopefully I won't ever happen to hire him again.... He is worth every single penny!
