Gil Feibleman represented me almost 22 years ago in a stressful divorce after a long term marriage. Because of his knowledge and negotiating skills we were able to come to a very satisfactory settlement right before going to court.
After over 20 years my ex decided he wanted to stop support completely. Gil represented me again. His expertise of the law and attention to every detail is the absolute above reproach! We were having trouble getting information from the other side, they were not responding to offers to settle when Gill suggested mediation. He walked me through every scenario and was able to calm my nerves before going into mediation. It was obvious during mediation he was much better prepared than the opposing attorney. We were able to come to a fair and very satisfactory agreement, again avoiding court.
Through all of this legal assistant Rita Smith was amazing! She did an excellent job of keeping me informed and managed & organized a ton of paperwork. She was always calm, empathetic and reassuring.
Both Gill and Rita made me feel like I wasn’t just another client, that they cared about the outcome as much as I did. I highly recommend them both!

Gil Feibleman was a blessing to me at a difficult time in my life. My situation was a tough one and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed near impossible. He remained professional throughout the entire process. Gil has a lot of experience with divorce cases and is very intelligent with his thought process. His strategies were very forward-thinking, and he was always straight forward with me with the good and the bad. His assistant Rita is amazing and a great asset to the team! She's professional, organized and has a very kind calm demeanor about her! Not only did I get my needs met with the divorce, but he helped me sustain my family and business.
Everyone knows that divorce is expensive, but if you hire the right attorney it will save you tons in the end! My family, business and I are so grateful to him and I would recommend him and his team without reservation.

Gil, was very professional and has excellent knowledge into the legal system and key individuals that make a difference. This was a great asset during the entire process.
When I hired Gil, he was straight forward (tough) and let me know what he expected from me as a client as well as what I should expect from him and his team. Gil came highly recommended from my lawyer in Atlanta Ga. Randy Kessler.
Gil was excellent in helping me through the negotiation stages of the process. He was very good with numbers and ensured we were well positioned to ensure we met our goals and objectives.
I would recommend Gil and his team to friends and family.

Mr Feibleman helped clean up the mess I had with my divorce 17 yrs ago. The mess was partly my own doing and some bad representation. Mr Feibleman was honest and direct with what we could do. This was not always what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to know. The results were much better than we expected! Thank you!

I hired Mr. Feibleman and his outstanding assistant Rita Smith to represent me in my divorce, and am quite satisfied with the results. Rita was brilliant at managing a virtual mountain of documentation and organizing it into cogent support of my position. Gil has a sharp wit and SO much knowledge and experience that he was able to help me appreciate the long-term impact of various negotiation strategies. Gil listened to my objectives and provided an honest assessment of what was achievable and what was not. This was not always easy to hear, but it was always helpful. Communication was clear and prompt throughout the process. Billing statements were detailed and accurately reflected the work product. Most importantly, my interests were well-represented. Gil and Rita guided me through this very difficult and emotional process with skill and humor, sensitivity and honesty. For that I will be forever grateful. Gil Feibleman and Rita Smith are an outstanding team.

Gil is one of 7 attorneys I have hired for divorce proceedings. 5 have been more interested in their fees rather than results. Gil has been a complete professional: meticulous, detail-oriented; results-oriented, knowledgeable and experienced and of course caring. He gets the job done when most others will tell you it can't be done. He has pride of ownership in the quality of his work, something that should be natural for a professional but unfortunately appears to be rare in this profession. I cannot recommend him any higher.

when my wife filed for divorce, I reviewed several law firms looking for a good divorce attorney. I hired Gil because of his credentials and expertise in asset division, including pensions. I was rewarded by very professional, and competent representation. Gil represented me very well, and in fact, had to do most of the work for both sides since my wife and her counsel were unresponsive to discovery requests, settlement offers, and other communications. This should have been a straightforward divorce, but it dragged on because of this lack of response. Gil finally requested a settlement conference, which brought matters to a close. I highly recommend Gil and his law firm to anyone looking for able, professional representation. Gil and his law office are approachable and very competent. Gil made sure assets were distributed equitably, and did all the drafting and filing to divide our pensions.

Gil represented me in a family law matter in which we were trying to reverse custody where my former spouse had primary custody from birth to 6 years of age. Gil is a seasoned professional with a pragmatic professional approach. He is tough when needed and I would recommend him to anyone who needs quality representation.
We were ultimately successful in the case. He changed my life and that of my family and I'm so grateful for him and his services. I highly recommend him. My only regret is that I did not meet him 6 years prior.

I have been divorced with children for six years and seen many a lawyer in that time. In my experience most lawyers in our area have a wait and see additude towards custody and family matters. This wait and see, and what I perceive as lazy approach, has cost me not only time with my children, but unnecessary amounts of money. During my very first consultation with Mr. Feibleman I knew he was a man of action and results. A lawyer that never used the term "um", or had to look up a statute in my presence impressed me from the word go. Mr. Feibleman's confidence and swift responses are sure to put any client at ease. For the first time since my divorce I am happy to pay for a lawyer that does what he says when he says he's going to do it. There were no surprises, and, under the circumstances, I am very pleased with the service and outcome I received.
If you want the best, hire Gil Feibleman!

It is hard for me to know where to begin. I was in a relationship for 22 years, married in another country because the US didn't recognize same sex couples. I spent 10 years, after my ex walked out on our 3 children and I, in a state of Limbo. Married in another Country but unable to divorce without being a resident there, living in a Country that didn't recognize I was married. Finally Oregon decided to honor same sex marriage. Almost immediately I was served with Divorce papers.
I had no problem agreeing to the divorce. I had been waiting a long time for that. The big problem was that hidden somewhere in all those legal papers was one that said my EX was asking for custody of our youngest child. I had always had full custody of the children, while my ex had parenting time. When she left they were 3, 7 and 9 years old. Suddenly, when my baby is 13 years, old my ex wants to take her from me AND ... move her to California. To say I was a wreck is an understatement. I knew I had to call Gil. I had spoken to him years before when divorce wasn't possible, and he had been so helpful in guiding me through the situation I was in.
Gil and Rita were amazing, supportive and respectful through the whole process. From the minute I contacted Gil he took control of the situation. At first I wondered why my attorney was doing all the work while my ex’s attorney seemed to sit back and watch. I soon learned it wasn't so he could make more money. It was his way of helping the case go in the direction we needed it to go. It took quite some time, but the case did go in the direction we had hoped for. I first was granted full custody of both the minor children (the oldest was over 18, so he was not part of the custody issue.) Later the divorce was finalized. Gil and Rita made sure that we were ready every step of the way and kept me informed about what to expect next.
I can’t say that this was an easy or enjoyable process, but I can say that it would have been so much harder without the guidance and support I received.
