We were hit by a drunk driver in August 2016. Shortly after our accident, our teenage daughter was rear-ended by a fellow student near her school. We consulted with and ultimately hired Jamie for both of our cases. Not only has he acted with utmost and consistent integrity, it was clear throughout the process that he genuinely had our best interests in mind. Jamie is consultative, thorough, and clearly knows the law and any pitfalls around insurance and accident settlements; additionally, he was totally appropriate in looking out for our daughter who turned 18 during the course of the case. Anyone who is wary of hiring an attorney for an auto accident needs to experience Jamie's professionalism and relatability...he breaks any stereotype out there. Both cases were expertly brought to conclusion with very fair settlements that we would not have had without his representation. I was in a bad car accident. James came to the hospital to see me. He tiok my case and worked diligently on it. He's a very compassionate and caring attorney. When I wasnt able to drive to him he drove 3 hour to see me. I highly recommend him as a attorney. You won't be disappointed in him

James Usera was not only professional, but sincere. He made sure I knew all my choices and never pressured me to do what I was not comfortable with. He listened to all my concerns, gave me great advice, and was very personable. He worked swiftly, confidently, and kept me informed with everything. When I was concerned with anything, he listened, explained fully to my level of understanding. I did not live in the same town, so when I had to come to the his office, he would apologize (even though I felt none was needed). There was even a time that he came down to me. I strongly recommend him for whatever you need.

I nearly lost my wife and son to an animal attack. I did hours and even days of research looking for a lawyer who not only had the training and experience necessary, but still had empathy. As difficult as it is going through a traumatic experience, no one seeking help should be subjected to additional hardship. James was transparent, helpful, as he was willing to answer any questions we had. I believe to this day if we hired any other lawyer we would not have had the same success during this process. His rates are fair, we did not encounter any hidden fees, and he always seemed available.
