I just wanted to say, thank you so much Lance, and Sandra! You guys kept us up-to-date on everything, were extremely helpful/knowledgeable, and made the whole adoption process go so, so smoothly! Lance genuinely cares for his clients. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney, you won’t be disappointed.

Initial phone call was a little dicey... i was really stressing as this lawyer I really wanted. I had already spent 2 days calling around Salem was having luck getting callbacks nor talked to anyone who seemed very helpful.. Wow though level of genuine concern followup to hear me out was remarkable. You can tell they genuinely care take pride in their office and genuine concern take sure clients and potential clients are listened to. He listened to me what my case entails and was compassionate, confident I feel less stressed now. I'm so happy find lawyer who so nice knowledgeable listened and seemed to genuinely care for people who reach out to him for assistance.

Lance was very nice to work with, he was sympathetic to our concerns, and very knowledgeable. He and his office are very good at keeping in contact, and he called me personally at every major point in our case to give me an update and keep me in the loop.

Helped me got a temporary stalking order with false accusations against me, dismissed.

I tried to get help from this office and at first I thought I had found help and was feeling less hopeless.. They ended up dropping me.. during the pandemic... because I didn't have medical visit updates.. during the pandemic.. because it was at a time when all the appointments I had made were being canceled due to covid. I have severe anxiety and the car accident that totalled my car caused my anxiety to resurge extremely severely which made it hard to drive to the dr appointments I could get to. Which I communicated to him and his office from the very beginning. No compassion from this office. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. EDITED TO ADD AFTER YOUR RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW. I did talk to Sandra about the circumstances of what was going on when she called me it is not true that I didn't respond.. as I said my anxiety really messed everything up and that included being able to function normally but I did try.. I did make contact and tell her that I did not have treatment updates because all my appointments were being cancelled. I got your 10 day noticed after the 10 days were up. On top of dropping me during a pandemic you comment to say I did not fulfill my part.. wow.

Lance is amazing. He has always been such a pleasure to work with. He is professional and he is patient in explaining the process and of course the things that you need to do. I remember the first time he gave me a little folder called my homework folder LOL. On top of being just amazing he has a great group of people that work under him that are amazing also. He was able to settle out not one but three of my cases and able to get me exactly what I deserve. Sometimes the cases take longer than usual and he is there every step of the way. If you're looking for a good attorney to represent you look no further you found him.

Lance did an amazing job for me after a "trip & fall" injury, which by no means, is an easy task. From the very first meeting, Lance was completely honest and transparent and remained that way at every juncture of the journey, keeping me up to date and well informed. He AND his staff worked diligently on my behalf and the outcome was very satisfying. He and his staff are professional yet also very friendly and kind, which helped keep me relaxed knowing I was in good hands through the entire legal process. I would most certainly refer anyone I know needing legal services as well as keeping Lance's number handy in my files in the unlikely event I ever need legal services again.
