After an unfortunate incident aboard an airline, I was referred to Travis by a colleague and he was terrific. He understood my desire to pursue my case in a fair and low key way. He was up front with realistic expectations and he communicated, along with his staff, throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Travis when you are searching for someone with an even temperament and a common sense approach.

Hired attorney Michael Shurtleff and will never regret it. He and his assistant Cindy made my filing so easy and stress less. The attorney was very flexible with my work schedule and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly reccomend him.

I recommend having nothing to do with this firm or Rex J White an ''attorney'' ''working'' for this firm. I have character limit here so I cant go in to full detail but a quick summery of my experience with this man and the challenges I am going to have if I try to sue him goes like this.. I was the victim of housing discrimination, by both a property management company and a BOLI agent but I was able to prove it because I had recorded all my calls with the property management company and agent. Rex bragged to me about making this company settle out of court many times. (Mind you I am disabled and was basically bed ridden, and he knew I was up against the statute of limitations ) He came to visit me with another trainee lawyer named Dallas. I am guessing he lied to me on the phone because he referred to Dallas as his assistant. He listened to the evidence I had given him. In short the property management company claimed to have denied me housing due to my demeanor. However I was nothing but polite, kind and soft spoken in every encounter I had with them and not just them, I try to be that way with everyone I deal with, especially if I am trying to get favor from them. I mean that's just common sense, who is going to do something nice for you if you are not mindful of their feelings? Rex sees everything and tells me he will send me a contingency agreement and a draft of the settlement demand, mind you I am now wrapped up with him just based on the fact that I trusted him and his mother was the secretary for the firm he was working for close to two months. With almost two weeks left to go he sends me a rejection letter and denies all the above. So I go about it on my own and basically taught myself how to be a lawyer online and as Trump would say I won BIGGLY lol I love karma. But the problem is if I try to sue Rex he may argue that he didn't damage me and that I am clearly a better litigator then he could ever hope to be and that I was better off in my hands than his...

Our lawyer retired in the middle of ourChapter 13 bankruptcy and transfered us to Mr. Shrutleff. At first I was very apprehensive, but he answered all our questions, and when we payed off our bankruptcy early, he helped us with all the paperwork and kept us informed as to what was going on. I'm very thankful to Mr. Shurtleff for picking up the pieces and making sure things went as smoothly as possible for us. Thanks for a great job!!

We had a home in serious jeopardy but our non-compliant loan was sold back and forth east coast to west coast then evidently the parties dissolved after selling the loan one last time leaving us no recourse against the original parties to our bad loan. Mike was able to fight hard to save our home in spite of all the cards stacked against us, eventually giving us time (and giving the current lender incentive) to work out a HAMP modification and save our home. Highly recommended and we refer to his office whenever we get the chance.

I hired Michael to help me save my home from foreclosure. We had only a couple days before my home was to go up for auction. He stop the sale and has been there to help me along the way as I'm still working on a modification. He takes his time to discuss alternatives and guide me in the right direction never in a hurry and rushing me off the phone. I feel very confident in him. I would definitely recommend him.
