Walter the wizard, Walter god, or whatever name you would come up with is probably true and realistic because he simply just is the the best player you can get for your team

I just stumbled across this website and read the reviews about Walter Todd. All the good things you read in these reviews are true. He never represented me but I worked for him for several years and he is truly a wonderful attorney. He's ethical, has many years of experience and works very hard for his clients. He genuinely cares about his clients getting the best possible legal representation and puts in a lot of time on every case. And he's a super-nice guy. In all of Marion County, you can't do better than Walter Todd.

Walter isnt just a lawyer who talks the talk, HE WALKS THE WALK! This man litterally saved my career/life! He is so amazing he got all of my (pretty intense) charges DROPPED without even having to goto court! I highly recommend walter! There is no doubt in my mind he wont fight your case with everything hes got!

Mr Todd represented me back in 2004. Long story short, he got me a way better deal than I ever expected to get. Hiring him was money very well spent and God forbid, if the occasion should ever arise that I am in need of an attorney again I will not hesitate to hire him again. Walter Todd helped me with a case several years ago that I was very emotional about. I was told by many that I would lose my job and never get to work in that field again. It was my love and my passion. Walter went above and beyond. He was able to help me every time I thought all was lost. He knew just how to find out details, the truth, and keep me informed in the process. Not only was he able to help me keep my dignity but I found success in my life once again. I am now retired and have full retirement benefits because of Walter Todd. I recommend him to be your attorney if you ever need one. I only needed one once and hope I never do again. Walter is an excellent attorney. When younger I was represented by him. I was arrested on suspicion of DUI, hit and run, no license, no insurance. I had a dmv hearing. They ruled in my favor. My case never went to trial.

I had never been involved with the law before and had gotten into some pretty serious trouble I had heard of Walter before and of his success as a criminal defense lawyer. Needless to say hiring Walter was the best choice for my family and I. Not only did he go above and beyond as an attorney he put my mind at ease. He helped me to navigate through one of the toughest periods in my life. He was very clear and concise about the legal process and what it entailed. I am the first to admit that at times I can be difficult, calling all the time for legal advice and reassurance. Kim his assistant was very helpful in answering many of my questions and Walter was great about getting back to me as soon as he could. Walter and his staff made what was very difficult time more manageable. I highly recommend Walter as he has the experience and expertise to help guide you through the legal process without making you feel like a bumbling idiot. He explains things in lay mans terms. He is approachable and he genuinely cares about his clients.

Mr. Todd, did an exceptional job for our family. His perseverance, and knowledge of the law helped our daughter overcome some false, yet serious allegations, an overzealous DA, and a dishonest police officer. We are grateful he represented her, and we have now moved on from that mess.

Mr. Todd has done everything possible in my (messy & essentially hopeless) case, seeking a civil compromise even where it's unlikely, pointing out aspects that militate in my favor, stressing that my case is unusual wrt the charge filed. None of the above has been argued before the judge as yet, but I have every confidence in him.

Where do I begin..? First off, I couldn't have had better representation or made a better choice than Walter Todd. I initially chose him by bits and pieces I've heard over the years as being the best criminal defense attorney money can buy... well, I can tell you from my personal experience and from many others too that his reputation is well deserved! This was my first time needing legal representation, I had never been in trouble but managed to get myself some serious charges. Needless to say I was scared. I also hadn't a clue how the whole process worked, what to expect, where to begin and what it all meant etc... Walter was immediately on top of it all, and I immediately felt a sense of ease and I knew I was in the right hands. He kept me up to speed every step of the way and was always prompt in returning calls/emails, understanding, non judgmental, extremely personable and very easy to talk to. I tend to be one of those relentless 'question askers' too, but Walter was always ready and willing for all of them, and not to mention he was patient when explaining things in ways I understood. He was excellent in gathering information and not missing a beat. He caught little but important things which multiple eyes had gone over and that was passed through many hands yet overlooked/missed by all. If I ever dropped in or called with a quick question, his legal secretary, Kim, was always very friendly and helpful too. I always felt acknowledged, comfortable, treated with respect and as a priority. Walter made it a point to be available around my schedule, going beyond normal hours of business including weekends, even early mornings and/or later in the evenings if there was anything needed to be discussed or more questions I might have had. In the end, he exceeded my expectations all around. I am confident no one else could have done what he did for me. Business aside, Walter is well liked in the community, a well respected man with a great sense of humor, an astounding person, my attorney and a friend. I highly recommend Walter Todd, hands down. His hard work, experience, successes and expertise will speak for itself.

Mr. Todd is absolutely incredible. Besides being a knowledgeable and professional attorney, he is an emphatic, caring and compassionate person.
