I so glad that I find this lawyer he help me with my speeding ticket and help me with my driving license to not get suspended he helped out and was very helpful I really appreciate his help im recommend him 100%!!

Edgar Diaz, was my lawyer for my child custody case. Edgar is a lawyer who was referred to me through the modest means program. I had an initial phone consultation with Edgar where he was very thorough in going over what I was to expect moving forward with filling for child custody. After hiring Edgar he was quick and efficient to get things filled with the court. Edgar was a pleasure to work with and I would hire him again in the future if need be.

I was issued a citation that I needed to dispute, but not having gone through the process before, I was unaware how to do so. Edgar provided great guidance and when the time came for my hearing, he was very clear with instructions and advice. He was willing to represent me remotely (small town!) and accurately forecast the expected actions of the police who had issued the citation.

I have hired attorneys in the past, I have never had an attorney communicate as well as Edgar does! Plus he got my case dismissed! It was such a pleasure working with him, he explained everything thoroughly and gave me realistic expectations, did I mention he got my traffic case dismissed!!

Edgar Diaz stayed in constant communication with me regarding my citation, walking me through the required steps.. He communicated with the court on my behalf, as well as the officer. After my ex came after me to attempt to take full custody of our kids for no other reason than pettiness, and after see how Edgar handled my brother's custody case i right away texted him and got information and got a consultation. I told him my situation and what i was served with, he instantly got to work as soon as i hired him. Explained the process to me and to take plenty of notes and pictures of texts and situations my ex would do to keep our kids from seeing me or spending time with me and how she was using her mom as a shield to stop me from seeing my children he put a stop to that as soon as she got a response from Edgar. I informed him of everything i wanted witch was 50/50 custody of my kids. I did not want to lower myself and try to take full custody i wanted what was fair and what the kids needed witch is both parents in their lives and he did exactly that. He got me 50/50 custody and parenting time, compared to the 2h supervised visit once a week my ex was requesting and the supervised visit would be at her house... Thankfully even the judge put a stop to that as well. Edgar was very proffesional and extremely helpful. This was a postition i never ever wanted to be in because ive seen how the judge did my father dirty when it came to my younger sisters so i expected to lose everyting but he assured him that would not happen. I would 100% suggest Edgar to anyone going through a custody issue with their SO.

I got numerous “failure to obey” traffic citations mailed to me for not making a complete stop at a traffic light right turn, I was embarrassed and concerned about losing my license and potentially my job, but Edgar Diaz was able to get most of them dismissed. His professionalism and results were outstanding, I would not hesitate to hire him again (although I hope I don't have to!). Thank you for your patience and professionalism!

I can honestly say that Mr. Diaz went above and beyond to fight for me, was available and ready for anything that came his way. Very kind and considerate and worked all hours to help me.
