I cannot speak on their lawyer in the court Room things, but I can say that I've had to call a couple times because I have no idea what I'm doing or who i should talk to🤯. Every single question i asked was addressed. I have been given so much information and so much help!❤ if I ever need an attorney this is the office I will probably call. personal relations, the way you talk to people and the way you handle someone that's not even your client speaks to how you take care of your clients.😁

Mr.Perkins was very lazy and unresponsive to most of my questions and worries about my workers compensation claim. He lied flat out about his fee for my claim, saying 5% to 15% depending on amount I received. Well he ended up taking 25% of everything. His assistant should use spell check as his writings to the other lawyers were poorly written. Also he was never in the office and my paperwork sat for weeks before he would reply. I had to call lawyers on the other side just to find out what was happening and get them the information they needed to go forward with my claim. He caused me so much worry and sleepless nights. I was a payday for him and nothing more. So choose him with caution for any worker compensation claims. Have a great day.

Mr. Perkins handled my appeal to the Oregon Appeals and the Oregon Supreme Court between the years 2002-3. At that time he had 32 years experience in criminal law. At the appeal after my post conviction he entered my brief exactly as my Federal appellate attorney had created it to be which consisted of every State claim and matching Federal claim. However, at the appeal to the Oregon Supreme he removed one Federal claim that mated with one State claim. Why? He did it deliberately. Without my consent. Why? So I would lose my case. For an attorney with 32 years experience I am sure he knew about ( Dunkin/ Henry. ) this was a federal case that stated if an inmate is seeking federal relief he must site the equal federal claim that goes with the State claim. If not his case would be procedurally defaulted with prejudice. Also the Oregon State Bar Ethics manual says that an indigent defense lawyer is not permitted to alter an adult clients brief without that adults consent. Bottom line: Blakley v Washington was decided in 2004 and Perkins cost me an additional 40 months in prison and I was never allowed to challenge Oregon's trial mistakes and lies. Stay clear of Perkins.
