Nobody ever wants to have to hire a lawyer for a DUII but if you live in the Portland Metro area and find yourself in need of a lawyer for this unfortunate reason I couldn’t recommend Mr. Nicholson any higher. His calm, collected, professional and non-judgmental demeanor are all examples of why he’sthe right choice to represent you with your case. Anytime I had a question or concern he had an objective answer that helped guide me through the judicial process. He was prompt, respectful, warm and very proactive in my case. His assistant was also very helpful and always worked with a sense of urgency when I had questions I needed answers to. During the entire process of my case I felt very well represented and I’m grateful for the work he and his team did. I obviously can’t guarantee you he will win your case for you because every circumstance is different, but I can attest to the fact that he will go above and beyond to work towards the best possible outcome while being transparent and forthright about your options during your case.

I never imagined I’d get in trouble with the law, especially being as straight edge as I am. So I’m sure you could imagine how scared I was when I had to go to court.
