Erik was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. This was clearly not his first rodeo and did a great job letting me know what to expect and how best to proceed. Even though he didn't charge hourly (but, instead, one flat rate), I never felt like billing was wracking up or that he was giving my any less than his best. He was always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Hopefully, I do not have to use his services again, but if needed, I would not hesitate to reach out to him again.
