From day one I felt confident and assured that I had someone who was going to represent me and be behind me throughout my bankruptcy. Everything was explained in layman's terms , communications were opened and he was always available and responded quickly. I appreciated that I wasn't judged but professionally accepted. I highly recommend Darin in the highest regards as a person and attorney.

I contacted Darin about a year ago. He analyzed my case, giving me options that I felt comfortable with. I hired him as my bankruptcy attorney for chapter 13. He has done everything in his power to address all of my financial concerns, offering great advice along the way. Darin is the real deal. I appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail.

We needed to file chapter 7. I called Mr. Wisehart and explained our situation. After asking a few questions about our situation, he immediately told me what paperwork he needed from us. I received it in my email within 30 minutes- I collected everything he needed and the bankruptcy was filed the next day! He kept in close contact with us both by email and phone- whenever we needed a question answered, he responded right away- Darin Wisehart is very professional, matter of fact and to the point. He made absolutely sure that everything was taken care of so we didn't have to worry about anything- especially since this is a very stressful life event to begin with. He never missed a beat- Our bankruptcy will be discharged within just a few days and with no problems at all- when being faced with a bankruptcy you MUST be able to trust and feel comfortable and confident in the person representing you- also to share a smile and a laugh at the most stressful of times was a plus... The best thing about Darin that I must say is that he didn't make me feel as though I was less than, as most attorneys can, given the situation that you seek their advice. He was down to earth and made me feel confident in his abilities to guide me in the best decision for me at this time. I will recommend him to anyone that I know that needs his expertise in the future. Darin Wisehart is the REAL deal with a kind and generous heart, he is a diamond in the rough and whoever works with him will be blessed.

Darin was always available to answer my questions even when he was busy. The process for my Chapter 13 was smooth and he made sure i submitted all my paperwork and walked me through the while process. I feel like I can finally get my finances paid for and move forward in a more financially aware and sound way.

We were recommended by family, and we couldn't be happier with the results we got! He helped us out no matter what time of day (including the million times I emailed for the smallest questions) he let us know everything we needed, was COMPLETELY honest with everything (what to do and not to do) it's always nice to meet somebody who's honest and not just trying to make a buck. He says we can go to him whenever we need after our bankruptcy is done, about any questions with our finances or buying something that we don't know if we are getting a good deal or not or if we can afford it (which is nice, so if we don't know what we're doing he can help) He made sure we had all the information we needed, and got our case done quick and easy. If I ever need anything, I will definitely be going back to him, and reffering all my friends and family!

We went to Darin because we had answered one of those ads on TV to get your tax debt for penny's on the dollar. Well, needless to say, they had our "stuff' for 2 years and never really did anything, so, interest and penalities add up over those 2 years. Went to Darin, he got us on a Chapter 13 program and we are now 2 years into our program and are nearly done. Darin was a life saver for us, I would recommend him to anyone that is having tax issues.

Darin has been my attorney for filing chapter 7. He is kind, compassionate and professional. He has experience and is appropriately cautious about ensuring what is best for his client so that the process is smooth and without complications. He guided me through everything and kept very good records of all my paperwork ; efficient. Now filed, there are just a couple more steps to take. I feel relieved in knowing he has been there as he has been very helpful during one of the most stressful financial situations one can be in. I especially appreciate how down to earth and real he is. I feel respected and that he is looking out to help me make a positive transition.
