I searched around for lawyers all over the place before I hired Ms Roberts. I don’t understand how people could say anything negative about her. For me it wasn’t even a close call. I talked to about 10 or 11 lawyers around Bethlehem, Allentown, Macungie, Trexlertown before I talked to Ms. Roberts and I knew within the 1st 5 minutes that I was hiring her. When I called her she called me back a couple hours later and we talked on the phone for a good 30 minutes. I had already talked to a bunch of lawyers who sent me letters and some others I found online and they all were charging 5K and up for DUI. I’m not going into every detail but the fees Ms Roberts charges are more than fair and affordable for me. After our 1st conversation then she told me if I wanted to retain her, just call back and we’ll make arrangements. After that I got contacted back by a couple lawyers that I already consulted with who were calling me trying to still sell themselves to me. That made me run away from them even more! The most important thing for me was that when I needed to talk to Ms. Roberts she was gonna be available…..and she was all the way thru. I called her quite a few times. We talked on the phone, we talked at the courthouse before the hearing, after the hearing, talked on some weekends. She always tried to make herself available which I appreciate. And I didn’t need to go thru 5 secretaries to get her on the phone. I paid her ½ the fee in the beginning and the other ½ when we got partly thru the case. Main thing to know is that she knows what shes doing. This was not a standard DUI case…..it was kinda serious bc I was under suspended license and had another dui couple years back. The other lawyers I talked to were really scaring me and I thought I was done for sure but she told me in the beginning just to take it slow and we’ll keep talking about it as we go and that’s what happened. In the end of everything I ended up with an outcome far more than I hoped—some time on house arrest and a bunch of probation, some classes, fines,etc. MsRoberts told me how the judges were gonna be and she was spot on. She told me she doesn’t travel around to other counties, only Lehigh or Northampton so it helps her to keep updated. Can’t recommend her enough if you have any criminal case in Lehigh or Northampton. She told me she does lots of federal cases in Philly too but I wouldn’t know about that, thank God. Thanks again Ms Roberts!
