He have the manpower to write a fraud reviews , he hurt me with hes failure student lawyers he have there grant bloomdahl , Worst lawyer Michael got bar complaint and another one on the way , the problem the bar in the us corrupted like him , they do nothing because he’s used to be part of the bar ! What a shame stay away Michael r van der veen !! He know nothing and get everyone in troubles all he’s reviews are fake !!

This is Erick Colletti, The GOAT, aka The All-Time Winningest Man. This is one of the worst law firms. They have terrible communication skills. I brought 2 cases to them. The first was for Glendale Uptown Nursing Home allowing my mother to fall. My mother and I met Mr Levin and he was so rude. Rolling his eyes at me as I explained the case details and trying to rush me out of his office. He couldn't care less about victims. Mr Van Der Veen gave me his word they would get back to me. The next case was for DraftKings refusing to refund my $157K due to a technical error with their app's cash-out button. Over 2 years, still no response on either case. If you need a good lawyer, do not go to these crooked losers.

On Monday September 26, I was scheduled for a hearing on the be half of my auto accident, Joe was there represent me and case that I have, Joe super friendly when introduced his self to me super cool guy, not one time did Joe made me feel uncomfortable, Joe sense of humor was Fabulous, he's even tried help out the lady who hit me. This man is the most vile, unprofessional attorney I have ever witnessed on television and I only hope his Partners take their services to start a firm with stronger integrity than what Van der Veen has displayed. I am ashamed to have seen such a laughable performance.

I've been in a custody battle for a couple of years. Ian took over my case after I fired my previous lawyer, and I am so happy I found him. He is fantastic; he listened to my plight, definitely assessed my character, and fought for me. EVERYTHING he promised and discuss was DELIVERED — worth every cent. If you want results, listen and follow his advice, he's a straight shooter, meaning, he will let you know you are at fault and where improvements are needed, but so worth your time and money. I am glad he brought to a close a very nasty, soap opera and this is no embellishment. My story is one for the history books. Ian got the job done.

I was in a bad car accident back in early 2017 & one of my childhood friends recommended this law firm to me And from the moment I walked in I feel very comfortable the people was welcoming & very attentive & concerned about me as I'd they knew me for years The young lady I met with was very familiar to me but I couldn't remember where I knew hear from and once she said her name something clicked in my brain cause the name was very familiar to me cause remember I said a childhood friend recommended & it was mark branker wife that I've met years ago but that didnt deter her from treating me differently with no hesitation she got down to business by breaking down the process of a law suit & what to expect as well as what to look out for while doing this she kept reassuring me that everything will be fine .
