Our teenage son was in a car accident, slid into a tree on a wet road. The road had a very sharp turn and had no warning sign that such a turn was approaching. The police officer wrote him a ticket for careless driving. The neighbor witnessed accident and told us he was driving slow and there were many accidents there. Due to the number of points involved our son could have lost his license. Thanks to the expertise of Mr. Qaqish, this did not happen, he was able to reason with the officer and although we had to pay a fine it was a much better outcome that it would have been I am sure. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or anyone needing legal assistance. Fees were fair and time was not at all wasted.

I hired Mr Qaqish as my lawyer for a criminal defense case. Talking to Mr. Qaqish, I felt good about my case and what the outcome would be. Mr. Qaqish is very competent in his work and what would most likely become of my case. He was pretty spot on with everything he provided me. I was given 2 tickets for an accident that the officer (Allentown PD) did not witness. I honestly believe the accident was not my fault. Mr. Qaqish helped me fight the tickets and the judge (a former Allentown PD, and father of a current APD) sided with us and found me "not-guilty."
