I am appalled. I called this firm for a consultation and the paralegal (Miquel Morales was so rude. He would not let me get a word in.
I called this firm specifically because the attorney is African American, as I have encountered so much disparity with others in the Lehigh Valley. After this rude and heated exchange, I of course went to the reviews, and found that all of the satisfied clients were of Hispanic origin. The few African American clients were very unsatisfied. So as African Americans in the Lehigh Valley, what recourse do we have????
