Attorney Mobilio was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable, and effective. We called a few attorney’s and no one would see us. They said grandparents rarely get custody. He recognized that my grandchildren were in danger and put an excellent case together. In the end we received primary physical custody. I highly recommend Mobilio/Wood. They are fantastic team. Went to MobilioWood for a conference about my divorce proceedings. After a horrible consultation w/another firm (will not mention) I had the pleasure of meeting Attorney Briana Gaumer. I was very reluctant to give her my full confidence in the matter, after such a bad experience w/the previous firm I was scouting. After speaking & consulting with Attorney Gaumer, I felt very comfortable & confident with the way she spoke & her ability to make me feel at ease & not worry too much. After a few times we spoke & met up, I saw the way she maneuvered & I thought wow she is really awesome. Attorney Gaumer wasn’t my first attorney I went to. I went to another attorney and got the run around for 2 months. But, I can tell you, she and this firm, will definitely be my last. Attorney Gaumer is very professional in every sense of the word. The first day I walked into her office for a consultation, I knew immediately she was the attorney I needed. She went in and took charge and did exactly what was needed to be done. Attorney Gaumer is a no- nonsense attorney. She works very hard for you, she would make mention on how she felt things might go, and things always worked out. She wasn’t just there to help, but she really cared about the outcome because of me. She represented me with everything she had, in fact, I would endearingly call her my pit bull. Attorney Gaumer was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. If she wasn’t able to call, she wouldn’t leave me hanging, she would send an email to let me know, and when she was available to call. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and always took care of things I needed. I am not surprised after seeing what kind of an attorney, Attorney Gaumer is. I can see why she was asked to be a partner. If you need legal advice she and this firm is definitely the best choice.
