Helly Saadzoi; I had a dui, a gun in my car, and marijuana plus I had  an in absentia for not going to my case years ago; because I came to the USA when I was four years old and it was out of my control going to court. I was so depressed and thought I had to take a deportation, but my family hired Helly and she was an angel sent from God. She reopened my case and got rid of the in absentia and she got me a bond. Everybody told me I have no chance and everything is against me but if you hire a good intelligent lawyer like Helly you will be fine and she will navigate your case like she did mine. she was honest from the beginning and she is not about money she is focused on the case and the law. Plus she helped others that had questions at moshannon detention center for free how many lawyers do these things in 2024 the majority of lawyers just want money and destroy cases. I came to this country in 2005. I was an overstay visa. I was never married, however I did have two kids and had a religious marriage in my country. This religious marriage caused me to have many denials at USCIS. However, when I hired Helly Saadzoi she filed my case and WON. Helly Zaadzoi, thanks to her my family has stayed together. Helly took my case from ICE detention, very straight forward, never sugar coating anything. Helly has done magnificent work; she gathered documents, fought for us in court, was on time for every court date, perp us before every appointment, provided us with very specific details (documents, locations, times, places). I don’t think anyone else would’ve done such work. Again thanks to her I have my livelihood back and, we (my family) will forever be thankful. There are many lawyers out there, that take your money and do nothing, or the bare minimum. The other lawyers tell you just want you want to hear, with guarantees. She took on my husbands immigration case, from ICE detention, and let me tell you she had an uphill battle. But she dug her feet in, and sought every angle to help him/us. I had an attorney in Philadelphia. She was interested in taking money and not actually working on the case. I hired Helly Saadzoi and she was extremely meticulous with my case. She pays attention to each detail which my former attorney didn’t and it almost cost me my life in the usa and destruction of my family.
