I originally worked with Attorney Jerry Knafo about 9 years ago. He and his team, especially Christine Moser, have been so helpful to both me and my family during some of our most difficult times throughout the years. I admire Attorney Knafo and his hard work and impeccable ability to empathize with his clients in order to maximize their deserved and desired results. He gives great advice and is a great man in general. Both Christine Moser and Jerry Knafo were both patient with me, and understanding of my needs and I couldn't have asked for better service. At the point I came to him I felt hopeless, lost and truly heartbroken. Jerry immediately made me feel the hope I should have had all along. He guided me every step of the way! I truly admire his wisdom. He is absolutely good at what he does! So good that he was able to help me get a full (very large) refund for money that my husband and I had paid for multiple medical procedures that were carried out incorrectly. I can’t say enough kind words he made such a bad situation right! I am forever grateful. In addition his office staff is amazing! April and Melissa are so pleasant it was always a pleasure calling into the office.
