What impressed me from the customer point of view is that Jerry listened closely to our questions and concerns. Which made it very comfortable for us for the decisions we made concerning the case. Jerry went above and beyond to help; he reached out by himself to us whenever there is a progress on the case. He was very friendly, and I am afraid I took so much time from his busy schedule chatting about other thing!. It was a pleasure working with him and his team.
